About the Role
What You’ll Do:
Support and coordinate daily cleaning team schedules across various sites.
Ensure cleaning crews follow quality standards, procedures (SOPs), and hygiene protocols.
Conduct on-site inspections and report on service quality.
Manage supply inventory and assist with reordering eco-friendly cleaning products.
Assist in implementing smart cleaning technologies (CRMs, scheduling apps).
Communicate with clients for service feedback and resolve minor concerns.
Support basic administrative duties like timesheet tracking and inventory reporting.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in cleaning service management, hospitality, or facility management.
Experience in sales, business development, and operations management in other industries such as auto, retail, and others.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning solutions and technological advancements in the industry.
Ability to develop client relationships and drive business growth.
Experience in using CRM software, scheduling platforms, and online booking systems.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Who You Are:
1–2 years of experience in cleaning operations, hospitality, or facility services.
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high service standards.
Familiarity with cleaning products (preferably eco-friendly) and equipment.
Basic tech skills (comfortable with mobile scheduling apps or CRM platforms preferred).
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred).
Able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
