About the Role
A. Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervise and train cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and EcoPure’s service standards.
Assign daily tasks and ensure efficient scheduling to meet client demands.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts among team members.
B. Quality Control & Compliance
Inspect completed work to ensure all cleaning tasks meet company and client expectations.
Implement checklists and quality assurance procedures for consistency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and eco-friendly cleaning practices.
Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the Operations Manager.
C. Client Relations & Communication
Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Escalate major client complaints or special requests to management.
D. Operational Efficiency
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure company vehicles and tools are maintained and used properly.
Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
E. Administrative Duties
Submit daily/weekly reports on team performance, completed jobs, and incidents.
Track employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to policies.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new cleaning staff.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in cleaning supervision, janitorial management, or hospitality/housekeeping leadership.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, reporting tools).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
