About the Role
A. Sales & Business Development
Prospect and generate leads for residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services (e.g., post-construction, move-in/move-out, healthcare facilities).
Conduct consultative sales calls, meetings, and site assessments to understand client needs.
Present and promote EcoPure’s cleaning packages, pricing, and eco-friendly solutions.
Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
B. Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and upsell additional services.
Gather feedback to improve service offerings and resolve concerns promptly.
C. Market & Competitor Analysis
Research local market trends, competitor pricing, and service differentiators.
Identify new business opportunities in real estate, property management, corporate offices, and government contracts.
D. Collaboration & Reporting
Work with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery post-sale.
Submit weekly sales reports, including lead status, conversions, and revenue projections.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, B2B/B2C service sales, or business development (preferred but not required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive market.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Knowledge of the DMV area’s cleaning industry is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits).
Multilingual skills (Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
